345wln Terms and Conditions —
Clear Rules, No Surprises
for Pakistani Users

Welcome to 345wln. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 345wln ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 345wln website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 345wln. These Terms apply to all services offered on the platform — sports betting including cricket, football, and esports; live casino games including baccarat and roulette; promotions; and any customer support interactions.

These Terms are written to be clear and understandable for Pakistani users. Where a section is complex, we have included a plain-English summary. However, in the event of any dispute, the full text of each section governs — not the summary alone.

To use 345wln you must register a personal account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. The following eligibility requirements apply to all users:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using 345wln.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You may hold only one account on 345wln at any time. If you already have a registered account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• The registration information you provide — name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 345wln reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• You must not register or use 345wln on behalf of any other person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 345wln login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 345wln support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.

All financial transactions on 345wln are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion step and no foreign exchange exposure for Pakistani users. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit, available 24/7
• JazzCash — instant deposit, available 24/7
• NayaPay — instant deposit
• SadaPay — instant deposit
• IBFT Bank Transfer — standard banking hours, typically settles within 1–4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — subject to card issuer approval

The minimum deposit amount on 345wln is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger an identity verification request in line with our KYC procedures.

345wln does not charge fees for deposits made via any of the payment methods listed above. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

All funds deposited into your 345wln account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. 345wln does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 — applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by a deposit or bet placement.

Withdrawals from your 345wln balance can be requested at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no withdrawal fee applied by 345wln on standard withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times by method:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 5–30 minutes in most cases; up to 2 hours during high-traffic periods.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–6 hours; dependent on your bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever practically possible. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact 345wln support before submitting a withdrawal request — our team will guide you through an alternative verification process.

345wln reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you of the hold and the reason for it within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

All bets placed on 345wln are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport or game. This section sets out the general betting rules that apply across all markets. Sport-specific rules are available in the Help section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment you click Place Bet. Odds may change between when you view them and when you confirm — if the odds have changed materially, 345wln may prompt you to confirm at the new price or cancel the bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where a Cash Out option is specifically offered on that market.
• Minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on each event.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets are settled by multiplying the decimal odds of each leg. All legs must be settled as winners for the accumulator to pay out. A voided leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are recalculated.
• If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain or other factors and no official result is determined, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.
• For esports markets, results are based on the official match outcome as declared by the tournament operator. Server disconnects, force majeure, or rescheduling that results in a rematch may lead to void settlement depending on the specific market rules.

345wln reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the user's 345wln balance within 24 hours of the error being confirmed.

345wln regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The general rules below apply to all 345wln bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Standard wagering requirement for sports betting bonuses is 10× the bonus amount. Standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 25× the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different multipliers — always check the individual offer page.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering and the associated bonus balance will expire at the end of the promotion period.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state it is a recurring or daily offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• 345wln reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Users who have already accepted a bonus at the time of withdrawal are not affected by the change for that specific offer.

Bonus funds may be used to place bets on most sports and casino markets available on 345wln. Some markets may be excluded from bonus wagering — these exclusions are listed in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.50 do not count towards wagering requirements.

345wln is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all users in Pakistan. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. We actively encourage users to bet within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in every 345wln account.

The following tools are available to all users at any time from the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 345wln account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly — increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all 345wln services. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and no new accounts may be registered.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net betting activity over a selected time period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 345wln. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to legal authorities.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using insider information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Conducting transactions on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Making false or misleading statements to 345wln staff or in account registration forms.
• Attempting to reverse or chargeback a deposit after using the funds for betting, or making any fraudulent payment claim.
• Engaging in abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward 345wln employees or other platform users.

All content on the 345wln platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, odds data, written content, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of 345wln or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 345wln content without prior written permission. This includes screenshots of odds for commercial comparison or publishing purposes, and any scraping or harvesting of data from the platform.

345wln provides its services on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates without interruption but cannot guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Planned maintenance windows will be notified in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wln shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or betting opportunities caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues outside our control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including delays, rejections, or fees applied by Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, or card networks.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach was caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from your use of 345wln.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

345wln reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and through an on-platform notification displayed upon your next login. The updated Terms will display the new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 345wln after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance before doing so.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 345wln's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 345wln, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@345wln.ws. Most issues are resolved quickly and fairly without any formal process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of being raised with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other avenue.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the language of these Terms (English). You agree that these Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 345wln in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations on the same subject matter.
